Cosfest 2014

This blog was about to be another one of my abandoned blog when I remembered I left my blog URL at my coscard,thus I must make it a point to update it.Maybe putting blog URLs on my coscard will motivate me to update more?
I was about to backtrack alot of things that happened within the past few months like my Korea trip and various cosplay events but nahh,since I will waste time backtracking might as well as write current stuffs.
Last weekend was the annual Cosfest cosplay event in Singapore and supposingly the last one held at Downtown East.I feel abit sad when I heard it would be the last time cosfest will be held at Downtown East as I had been attending this event for 5 times(4 times as a cosplayer) and the entire feel will be different if it is not at Downtown East.
Every year cosfest my costumes and characters always had a form of similarity.
2010:black costumes with weapons and swords(Chrome/Squalo and Hinamori)
2011:zettai ryouiki and long wigs(World is Mine Miku and Konata Haruhi fusion)
2012-mahou shoujou with panniers(Homura and Cardcaptor Sakura)
2013-sleeveless with sleeves on arms(Setsugetsuka Luka and Stellar Loussier)

Day 1 marks my first group cosplay at cosfest.(Actually last year day 1 my setsugetsuka is also a group cosplay but I only go to the event for a few minutes as I need to rush for SS5 Singapore)After this experience,I know why most cosplayers think solo is better.

Our group members were preparing seperately and when one is ready the other one is not ready yet.Plus the fact that two of our members have to participate in Cosfest Running Man thus majority of the time we were seperated.However we were always in a group whenever people wanted a picture of us.
To my members,thank you for cosing with me on day 1 XD Looking forward to the photoshoot next Saturday.

Cosplayed as Cagalli princess version again at day 2.Cagalli is the character that I had the highest expectation for cosplaying because I must make sure I look perfect when I am cosplaying my favourite princess.

Day 2 was as fun as Day 1 because there were a group of cosplayers cosplaying Gundam Seed.However there was someone who was short and ugly who cosplayed as Athrun(oops!) so I decided and luckily not to go near him or let him see me.
Overall I can never forget about how fun cosfest is.Thanks to those who had helped me alot throughout the event.Looking forward to meet all of you again at the next event.
