Chinatown

Well sometimes I really don't know why I start blogs in the first place when my life is so boring,like nothing special to blog about.Well ever since I left the cosplay world since 2014 starts my life has been boring,is like last time busy with chionging stuffs for shoots and events and go to shoots and events,now there is nothing to chiong and nothing to shoot is like my life suddenly becomes empty(Do not worry I did not quit cosplay,the earliest I will be back is during cosfest).Especially these few days I had they jio me is my turn being busy.

I bet my friends are going to throw me this question sooner or later.All I can say is 我们天时地利不人和
However yesterday at least I went out.Chinese New Year is coming soon and yesterday was my annual visit to Chinatown with my family.It had become a form of tradition for us as we can do our Chinese New Year shopping there.
Here is my #LOTD from yesterday.

I even wore my earrings like this yesterday since I decided that I want to have a new style for my cartilage piercing.

 Since this year is the year of the horse,horses decorations can be seen around the street.

Temple at Sago Street

History of Sago Street.Apparently it used to be called Street of the Dead as there were many death houses around it.My dad even told me when his dad(also my grandfather) passed away,his funeral was at one of those death houses.

Chinese New Year cookies and goodies.My favourite is always the good old pineapple tarts.

The horses again.
Apparently we did not queue up for the barbecued pork(bak gwa) due to a very long queue plus if we want to eat bak gwa,we can go to our relatives house to eat.
After that we went to Marina Floating Platform for briefing of River Hongbao.My mum and I signed up as volunteers for that event.Apparently we even had a sneak peek at the event.

Frankly speaking,everything sold at Chinatown during their annual Chinese New Year booth were the same,the only difference is the animal of the year decorations,which is the only thing I am looking forward to.In fact the horses decorations were already up before Christmas.
5 more days to Chinese New Year.Really looking forward to the festival as I get to mingle with relatives,watch funny movies together on the TV and enjoy delicious steamboat and snacks.The only thing I am not looking forward to is the amount of weight I am going to gain D: I had already bought my New Year clothing,what about you?
In Chinese New Year,you will had to face relatives asking you questions,with some being irritating.For mine unlike my friends,my relatives don't care if I had a boyfriend already,they only care how I am doing for my studies and if further,what I intend to do in my future,so shouldn't be bad for me.However if your relatives ever asked you irritating questions,watch this video produced by Night Owl Cinematics featuring Jian Hao as the ah gong to think of a comeback for those hahaha :D I  really like their videos as they never failed to cheer me up.

First post

Hello I decided to go back to blogger again.I am not sure if I will still be using my wordpress blog
Plus I noticed my wordpress blog is mainly full of rants or emo posts and after being inspired by some bloggers who blog about their lifestyles,likings etc in a more cheerful tone in order to interact with people around them,I decided to start up a blogger blog to blog about stuffs in a more cheery tone.
I can't really promise if I will blog often(provided I am not busy and lazy) but when I do I will be blogging about:
-interesting things that happen in my life
-cosplay(WIP,costest,events,photoshoots)
-KPOP(concerts,eye candy,latest releases,news)
-reviews(apparel,cosmetics,movies,events,animes,songs,albums,figurines,food etc)
-lists(something like 10 things to do blah blah blah)
-my spiritual walk with God(not to promote or preach,but to share)
Currently still in construction but it will be fine soon :3
